Our business is based in Zadar, Croatia and we provide pick and drop services from the airport or to any other location in the city. Our terms and conditions apply over all the services provided with our website or otherwise. If you do not agree with our terms and conditions, please refrain from using our website and services.

The term transfer service on this website implies the picking up and dropping off of passenger(s) from and to their selected locations. The client is given a choice regarding the vehicle, the date, the time and can choose the one which suits their needs best. Reservations can be made with our website to take clients to and from the dock, train station or the airport. Our services are provided for personal use and any reproduction or copying of our content, software or services for commercial use is illegal.

The procedure required for our service is that you provide us your details via your booking on our website at least 12 hours in advance so that we can guarantee you an efficient pick up. You must be 18 or older to book through our website as ordering our service binds you in a legal contract. When your reservation is confirmed, you will immediately get an email on the email address you provided while making the booking. If you do not get the email or the email you get has incorrect information, you must notify us as soon as possible as this is your duty. We only charge your credit card when you make a booking with us and we provide you with the service. We guarantee that your person information will not be misused in anyway whatsoever. At the time you make the reservation, we charge you credit card with 20% of your total bill. We will also email a receipt to the email address you provide us with. We only use your payment information to charge you for the services you book with us and nothing else. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology which is one of the best ways to protect your personal information. All our vehicles go through thorough inspection on a regular basis and are in accordance with all Croatian laws. All our drivers are well trained and extremely professional.

Our drivers all abide by the traffic rules and regulations. If you arrive at the airport or specified destination and find that your car is not there to pick you, you can call us on our number and talk to customer service and we will be happy to refund your money will be within a few days of the incident. Each car can hold up to a specific number of suitcases which you need to confirm before booking it. It is mostly mentioned in the description. Please refrain from bringing more luggage than the car can accommodate since it may cause problems. If you cancel your reservation at least five days in advance, we will not charge you anything and you will receive a full refund. If you cancel the reservation less than five days before we will charge you the full amount, even if you made the reservation five days before the day you needed it. If you miss your flight or booking on a ferry or train due to traffic or weather conditions, we are not responsible and will not provide you with a refund. In the case the delay is our fault due to mechanical issues or such, we will refund the amount of our reservation on your credit card. It is your responsibility to book our service keeping in mind traffic and other problems that may occur while on your way to your destination. Make sure you give us an earlier time so that we can get you to your next destination on time without you getting late. We are only responsible for losses that have occurred directly due to our failure to provide our service. We are not liable for any criminal activity perpetrated by our clients or passengers. Our employees are not liable for any inaccuracies which were not pointed out to us before the date of the reservation. If our drivers are not happy with your behavior as they consider it inappropriate or if the client is inebriated, in such instances the client will not receive a refund. In cases of damage to the driver, vehicle or personal property, legal proceeding may occur if the driver requests them. We follow Croatian laws and operate under them. Any legal proceedings will be tried according to Croatian laws as well.
